Glimmer : in everyday English, it's defined as : (n) a faint or wavering light - In Psychology, namely Polyvagal Theory therapy, this term has been coined to refer to those little moments that can calm the nervous system, and bring you to a place of peace & joy.

Note on sizes:
It's recommended to measure the circumference of your hand at the widest point around your top knuckles, using a flexible tape measurer, when bunched up together as if you're slipping on a bangle. See my tutorial here if unsure how.
Diameter of inside bangle x 3.14 = your circumference
Choose the closest - if you're in between and like bangles tighter, size down, if you like bangles looser, size up.

X-Small (XS) measures approx. 2" inside diameter (these are usually suitable for very young children, approx. 6" circumference)
Small (S) measures approx. 2.25" inside diameter of bangle (these are usually suitable for younger kids, or especially small-sized hands, approx. 7" circumference)
Medium (M) measures approx. 2.5" inside diameter of bangle (these are usually suitable for most "average"-sized hands, approx. 8" circumference)
Large (L) measures approx. 2.75" inside diameter (these are usually suitable for most larger-sized hands, approx. 8.6" circumference)
X-Large (XL) measures approx. 3" inside (these are usually suitable for most especially large-sized hands, approx. 9.5" circumference)
